Update... so today I recieved a letter from bw headed notice of intention to proceed just a brief of what was in the letter..
The letter states the following. They intend to proceed notwithstanding my reasons for disputing the claim.. Their client is confident that the judge will rule in their favour, their client hopes it doesnt have to go to court and will give me until the 12th January to pay the claim in full or by way of installements once paid in full they will notify the court
In guessing this is scare tactics to make people pay up. Am I supposed to respond to this letter?
