  • `ccJ set aside

Hi everyone I desperately need some Advice.
I have recently applied for mortgage and bank declined it saying I have CCJ on my credit history CCJ says £503 dates 14/01/2016 and satisfied date 15/04/2016.
In 2015 my Anglian water was in arreras and defaulted. Looking back at my bank statement I paid Anglian water the full amount owed of £393.12 on 14/12/2015. I have recently contacted Anglian water but they are saying they will not set this aside but they are saying no as they followed correct procedure. According to Anglian water they applied for summons on 10/12/2015 but I never received anything and made the payment on 14/12/2015. There are some issues with post at my property quite often our letter get delivered at another address which also number 3 that road is not far away from my house.
So I paid the full amount on 14/12/2015 in my head I have sorted everything but then received warrant on later date in 2016 for £186 called Anglian water and they said I have to pay court fee etc I made that payment as well on 10/03/2016 did not relish that this will be a issues on my credit report in future.
As Anglian water are refusing to set aside can I apply to the court to set this aside? As I made full payment of the bill on 14/12/2015 and they got CCJ on 14/01/2016 and despite receiving that money of £393.12 THEY STILL stated wrong amount of £503 on the CCJ on 14/01/2016?
Can someone please advice can I apply to court to get this aside?
