    The last payment on the account in October 2013 did not come from myself but from my employer at the time. So it would of been my wages that they have identified as the payment.

    I have not received any default notice or termination and there is nothing on my credit file.

    Thankfully I do still have a copy of the letter I sent them where it does state in the first sentence that I do not admit or acknowledge the debt.

    I’ll make those amendments to my defence. Thank you

      I have submitted my defence and still awaiting responses from the letters I have sent. I'll keep this updated with the outcomes. Appreciate all the assistance so far
