    By a hire purchase agreement number xxx dated **/**/2017 the claimant agreed to hire a Nissan xxxx registration number xxx. In breach of the agreement the defendant failed to mKe payment and the agreement was terminated on **/**/2019. The claimant claims arrears and liquidated damages calculated in accordance with the terms of the agreement in the total sum of xxxx full particulars of which have been supplied by the claimant to the defendant prior to the issue of these proceedings. The claimant claims costs in the said sum.*

    Posting on behalf of a family member. Having lost job he phoned stating he wouldn't be able to keep the car and the car was returned voluntarily. Received a letter a few months later having been told they would write with the outstanding balance requesting £300. Out of the blue this claim arrives today. Please help! Thank you*

    Hi there, can someone please let me know if you send off the normal letters in these cases too? The issue here is that there has only been a request for £300 then out the blue a claim comes for £7000. Please help. Thank you*
