Today i received a ccj claim form. I phoned Lowell who put me through to another company to discuss the debt. £470 ish
they said if i had two options. Pay the amount in full or pay £150ish over 3 months and i will not receive a ccj. They told me not to respond to the ccj. I asked them why and he talked about it would be an admission. He said they have 3 months to respond to the court and they take advantage of this rule. He took bank details to arrange payment.
Upon thinking, surely not responding to the form is also an admission? Have i done right
