  • in need to file and submit defence statement to county court.

Just to give a bit of context, after finding out about having a CCJ through a credit search, I followed up with some research and was alerted that a default judgement was set against me.
Turned out that the claimant, UK Parking Control Ltd sent all correspondence, including the claim form and court summons to my old residence, despite me having updated all relevant documentation.
Subsequently, I filled out a N244 form to have the CCJ set aside, had my hearing yesterday and the appeal got accepted. The Judge then said that I now have 2 weeks (until the 14th October) to file and submit my defence.

Please, I ask for urgent help to build a strong defence case. Happy to disclose the PoC and any further info needed.
