CCJ set aside case help...

Hi there

We have a court date for next tuesday to set aside a CCJ (sent to wrong address) and we've received a statement of costs (we're not paying for their legal fees to for the set aside hearing if they sent to the wrong address!!!!).

We didn't think to include this on our draft order for the claimant to cover costs of set aside, as didn't know to receive it.

Can we resubmit our draft order to include this, or is it too late if the court already has the application et al.?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
