VCS claim form received for parking at work

    If somebody could kindly help with the above question, I would really appreciate it.

    My concern is, if I only state there was no event on the date they are saying (08/05/2016), I won't then be able to argue the actual event. I also don't want to mention the actual event (05/08/2016) if that shoots myself in the foot.

    To clarify- in the particulars of claim they have the date of PCN incorrect, but do have the PCN number correct.

    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
