I had a CCJ entered by default as I didn’t receive any claim forms etc this was done by Lowell. It was for a mail order item. I was young and stupid. I had only learnt I had this CCJ last year in August. (Ironically whilst sorting out a CCJ for my mum) I paid it off as soon as I found out (in full).
I guess my question is, is there a way to set it aside even though I have paid.
Could I send a letter to Lowell requesting a set aside due to not receiving any claim forms.
