Howard Cohen/Hoist Finance

Hello

I started a thread on the 21st February 2019 about a court claim from Hoist Finance. I was given advice to do CCA request etc. Now I have the letters back and wanted further advice but can't find the original thread. Can any moderator there find it for me? It would make sense to keep on following this thread rather than start another.

NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
