In accordance with your account terms and conditions you can request copy statements for a charge of £5 per copy statement should you still require copies of statements please provide me with details of the dates of the statements required and the requisite fee. ?

I reckon they're implying that the request is 'onerous'....if so, that's tosh!
Can we charge a fee?
In most cases you cannot charge a fee to comply with a subject access request.
However, as noted above, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive you may charge a “reasonable fee” for the administrative costs of complying with the request.
You can also charge a reasonable fee if an individual requests further copies of their data following a request. You must base the fee on the administrative costs of providing further copies.

If you can, limit the request to to relevant year(s) , but either way, send them the above (with link), & tell them the clock started ticking from the moment they received your lawful request for personal data.
