    You'd need to put an IE sheet together to ensure any offer you made was affordable long term - the downside of the Tomlin is if you did miss a payment down the line they can take it back to court for a judgment.

    Ppi etc you could look at separately once youve sorted this out - and if there was any any refund could be applied against the debt to reduce the length of time you end up paying it over.

        Just a quick one i have signed the tomlin order with and agrement amount i am willing to pay per month and emailed lowell solicitors it back. Was wondering do i still need to go agead with doing my witness statement for the courts before the 21st of this month or do i just leave everything for now

            I'd carry on working on your witness statement until you know if your Tomlin order offer is accepted.

                Yes, copy to Lowell ( or the solicitors if they are the address for documents on the claim form) and to the court.

                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
