Thanks Amethyst, they have set the account to closed with a zero balance and the DD payment set up hasn’t been taken this month. The payment plan set up for the very account has been taken, but not this one.

Okay if it's a case of they have control of the payments ( by having a DD ) then I think them turning around later and trying to enforce the Judgment will cause issues, they have chosen to not chase payment of the Judgment and it will fall off the register and your credit file in 3 years time, if you're happy with that ( £39 a month is better in your pocket than theirs ), however the CCJ does still exist and they could try to enforce it if they change their minds.
Keep copies of the letters.
Very will be a case of wait and see if these documents do show up over the next week or so then assess things from there.
If your £21 was based on your IE sheet then if they do send the documents they might well be asking for an update/recalculation as they know you have £39 less outgoings now.
I'm just suspicious generally, it is good news, but I think take it with a pinch of salt for a while.#staysafestayhome

Thanks again, if very/Lowell don’t send the documents, what are my next steps. As the 30 days is up tomorrow.
I find it odd that in my request to Lowell that I sent both account reference numbers and the request for info, and they have only responded to one with that later.

It's a case of chasing them up and making a complaint to the ICO. They're usually pretty good but if they need more time they can tell you they need up to 2 months extra.#staysafestayhome

This is an odd story. I too am inclined to think Lowell didn't realise they have a CCJ. In which case I suggest probably letting things drop... if you ever get contacted about the CCJ you can then argue in a complaint to Lowell (not in court) that it is unfair and produce the letter you have.
This means living with the CCJ on your record for 6 years, but there seems a chance the debt will not be pursued.
I am not sure you have any grounds to get the CCJ removed or marked as settled.... the fact Littlewoods can't produce the info isn't really relevant after a CCJ is it Amethyst ?

Indeed that's why I was confused about the letter - cca request has no effect once it's a judgment debt - I think it's stuck on the register/credit file for the rest of the 6 years ( there's 3 years left ) They have zero'd the balance owed so basically written it off - however then the letter says they might chase it again if the documents show up .... nice bit of certainty there.

So I have received the statement from the ‘very’ account and the value is £1798.
on the list of transactions of statements and items purchased, the list includes both items I ordered from very and littlewoods, so it’s a consolidated list of items from both accounts under one account number.
i was always certain that I never owed the amount which was sold to Lowell. The bigger amount which has the CCJ which they have ‘written’ off, neither Lowell or shop direct can give me a statement for these items.
also on the statement there’s £750 charges for insurance which I assume is the PPI.

That explains a lot then. You have in that case already got judgment on the Very debt as it is included in the Littlewoods debt. So there shouldn't be any further action, and if they do start hassling you for payment of the Very debt you can inform them it was included in the debt there is already Judgment for. I wouldn't do anything until they come back to you though as we don't really want them to start looking back into the Littlewoods one that's under Judgement. I suspect the claim was issued for ' Shop Direct' originally. So at least you know where you stand with the amounts now
If it is PPI - it could be extended warranties and whatnot on electrical purchases,,,, but still get a claim in for PPI …. ( Shop Direct - so give them both account numbers )If you wish to submit a complaint regarding your Payment Protection Insurance policy (PPI) you can do so by completing our online Customer PPI Questionnairehere.
If the claim IS paid then you might be able to use the refund to settle the CCJ at a discount and have it marked as satisfied. But we'll cross that bridge if we get there.#staysafestayhome

Thanks for all your help.
It is PPI, they sent me a form to fill in. In regards to the questions, can you offer any help in regards to the actual complaint, some of the questions on the form I can’t remember the answers to it’s been that long, why am I unhappy with the insurance! I can’t even remember being given the option with it!

We've just filled a form in for other half and his answers were a lot of 'not sure' 'can't remember' answers so don't be worried about doing that - you can only say what you remember. If you never realised you even had it then that is as good a reason as any for saying it was missold.
