    Credit card 2014
    lowell issued
    ive filed AOS just doing defence but Lowell haven't sent any actual detail no default notice no statements I've no idea what the amounts correlate to.

    Ive sent them a prove it letter
    they've sent be a copy of a letter from them which claims to of written saying they are taking over the debt saying this is sufficient it's just a letter stating they own the debt.

    Nothinh from cc about reassignment

    but im
    getting muddled up as to what legally they need yo
    produce to prove 1) the amounts and 2) that they oen
    thid debt after purchasing it.

    Start at the beginning

    what does the Claim form actually say? if you can post or type the particulars of claim with personal details removed then we can see what we are dealing with

      Hi thank you

      it's pretty standard 4 points very generic

      stating a cc was taken out
      debt was assigned to their client Lowell
      debt amount £601
      interest and costs for Lowell solicitors
