If you have received a court claim (form N1) from the court and are looking for some help, guidance and support in dealing with it please start a new thread in this forum (Start New Thread) and title it with your user name and the name of the claimant.
Please post the following;
Date the claim was issued from the court
The full Particulars of Claim as detailed on the form (leave out personal info such as account numbers/addresses)
The amount claimed - specify claim figure, solicitors costs and court costs.
Please also detail any background to the debt/claim and any other information you feel is relevant.
You will need to enter an acknowledgement to court within 14 days of the date you received the claim.
You can do this online (if the claim has come from Northampton Bulk Court Centre) and there will be a claim number, and password on the front page of the form to enable you do do this online at Welcome - HMCS Money Claim Online
