Moriarty Law/ Motormile finance

I have received a directions questionnaire from Northampton county court which needs to be returned by the 25th January

i will be going on holiday on the 29th January for six weeks and would like to know what I need to do with regards to notifying the court as I won’t be in the country to pick up any mail etc

It's difficult to say exactly without further details but put those dates as being dates you are unavailable for trial.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
