    Robjohn, I hope you get a result, through the help of Amethyst, Peridot, Kati, and a host of others, I have cleared up my credit file. It was in a right old mess. I also took on my wifes' credit file as well. Last on the list is Arrow (ongoing) as we are trying to remortgage to a better deal..

      BW legal have now found a credit agreement and have given me 14 days to respond.
      ive also received my S.A.R. from shop direct but there doesn’t seem to be a copy of a default notice in there ? How should I proceed now ? Debt becomes statue barred on 04/07/18

        Hi, They have to find a DN first in order for it to be valid.

        Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

        Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

        If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
