I had a case get thrown out in small claims - then appealed, but the Judge also dismissed the appeal.
I am now proceeding to the Court of Appeal. I have form N161 to complete - and I know about the bundle I have to also put together.
Are there any other forms or things I should know about? Or fees to pay?
Really having trouble finding any guide online and trying to find out if I am going the right way to appeal a small claims case after it has been heard by a high court Judge.

Form N164: Appeal an order in a case allocated to the small claims track - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Did the judge at the last appeal you made give you permission to appeal? Or are you appealing against his or her refusal to give you permission to appeal? What did the Form N460 say?

I am certain the court of appeal will not. Transcripts can be obtained in 48 hours so it is not impossible. I've done it loads

Hi,
I already went through the N164 appeal route. Judge dismissed it as a failure to comply with an unless order - stating I failed to produce a transcript of the previous judgment, as ordered in the unless order - even though he only gave me one week to comply, which is an impossible deadline to sort out a transcript.
The whole thing is one big cover-up and I am certain the court of appeal will agree with me.

The court of appeal is there precisely to stop cases getting thrown that should not have been by other Judges.
Can you tell me what is the correct form please?

Right I'll try to be nice but frankly you are nowhere near competent enough for this.
Firstly, you will lose in the court of appeal -3 judges have thrown out your case, a court of appeal judge will agree with them. 100% guaranteed. THERE WAS NO ERROR OF LAW BY THE JUDGE
You do not fil the N161 form, that is the wrong form.
The court fee is £626.
Your case has not been heard by a high court judge, again you are wrong there as you always seem to be.
For the sake of avoiding a loss of £626 and avioding a civil restraint order, please just accept your case is lost.
