  • Information on Injunctions against harassment

I want to apply for an injunction and would like some information if it's worth pursuing:

I would like to know if it is granted and but not followed once issued, what happens?

How do you prove someone is going against the injunction?

Is this something I can apply myself or recommended to get a Solicitor (Unfortunately home insurance legal cover doesn't cover it).

    Do injunctions get refused?

How long do they last for?

You need to provide details as to why you want to apply for an injunction.

      Yes injunctions can be refused
The length of time depends ultimately on the judge.
If granted but not followed you bring it back to court and apply for commital
