Hi,
Would someone please be able to help me with a consent to set aside template. I have been searching all over and cannot seem to find one.
I have received a judgement but had responded to the claim form and sent several letters to the claimant prior to this to advise I wasn't the driver but just the registered keeper but had no response. This was for parking on council land but managed by anpr by civil enforcement limited.
During the while time they were sending letters to my old address so didn't even realise the process was moving along until the later stages when they finally updated the address. I didn't even realise I wasn't driving due to the initial delay and would have been happy to just pay it if received at the early stages just to avoid all this but didn't get the chance to.
Can anyone help or point me in the direction of somewhere to look?
I didn't realise I had to even do this before applying to the courts so have wasted a bit of time.
