  • CCJ

    Hi
    wondering if anyone could help.
I had a fine from parking eye gone to court & I had a judgment default, so Iv now paid the fine to parking eye & have receipt as proof. I don’t know how to get in contact with the court to ask them to remove the CCJ as Iv paid with the month.
I tried calling the line is blank then cuts off. The email I found came back as no longer used.
I just really want to get in contact with the court to tell them it’s paid so they can wipe the CCJ.
I have untill the 15th of may before it stays on there for 6 years.
    many help appreciate.
also Iv been ill so this is y it got escalated this far without me doing anything.

Did you read this page on gov.uk and write to the court with proof of payment?

    https://www.gov.uk/county-court-judg...-credit-rating

If you pay within one month

If you pay the full amount within one month, you can get the judgment removed from the register.

Write to the court to say you've paid. You'll need to send proof of payment from the person or business you owed money to.

Write by post and get proof of posting.

Thank you il have a read & print off a letter & proof of payment to post to the court.

I did manage to get through to the court today but she couldn’t give me any other information other than that as Iv paid within one month it will be removed once parkingeye let them know & send proof. Just worrying incase they don’t do this. Can’t speak to parking eye on the phone so Iv emailed them 10 days ago still not heard.

      Thank you for the help.

You should fill the form N443 and send it to the court. You'll need to accompany it with proof of payment.
