I brought a car it broke down in the first week of having it, car dealership took it away to fix then less than 5 days later broke down again. Under the consumer act I told the company I'm refusing the goods under the act company did nothing, so taking to small claims to get my money back and the car taken away.
However found out the company that sold me the car isn't registered at the location I brought the car from, however another company is registered there.
Plus the company I'm taking to court is trying to close business I have contacted company house to stop this which they have.
