    Preparing a small claims case.

    How can you identify the difference between a franchisee/business/service within a business? Getting advice to put five or so defendants down on a small claim but this is going to take so long and be so confusing.

    no luck finding info on companies house either

    starting to wonder if being advised to take on so many defendants is like throwing a lot of seeds over some ground and hoping one takes root
