Good morning,
You have been so helpful regarding this case and I would be grateful for some more advice please.
The defendant - a self-employed heating engineer - has been questioned in court about his finances. I have had a letter from court today with copies of his financial details. He has offered to pay £50 per month via standing order. His earnings are £60,000. He owes my elderly mother £2300. I am not going to accept the payments as I know he will make one or two and then stop. As he is self-employed I can't make an attachment to earnings order. We have already been down the route of CC bailiffs and High Court sheriffs. Is there anything else I can do?
Thank you again.
