Disposal Hearing

I have a copy of a barrister's submissions, the front page has the usual, case number, court name, names involved, but then it's title is, ( Counsel's Note On Behalf of the Defendant, for the disposal hearing,) this document isn't signed and doesn't contain a statement of truth, is this still admissible in the court claim, and will they be able to rely on it's contents.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
