  • Application to set aside Default Judgment order (Unsuccessful)

Judge on hearing day dismisses my application.
The ground for her actions are harsh.
I product all my evidence right at hearing.
Judge point out that I have provided draft of my defense for her to consider my application for success.
Judge then asks me for my draft defence in the hearing room.
And I told her.But judge refuses to accept my answer.
And then carries on with decision to dismiss my application.
Before entering the court room for the hearing,
Claimant representative tell me she was going to oppose my application.
Judge finally dismissed my application and said I should keep paying the debt I owe at Barclaycard.
    What are my options now,
    Need advice.
    It is wise to appeal?
What will happen now I don't know..
Is varying the cost an option ?
Also Claimant asks me for my contact after hearing..
