  • N1 Claim form. Yes Im confussed

I am instigating a claim for breach of contract relating to a car purchase. I am happy with the claim and have fully prepared the particulars of claim and completed an N1 claim form ready to send. I am confussed though over where to send it and indeed the different ways of submitting the claim. MCOL, online, direct to a court. Ive found several addresses, ive called numbers for over 3 hours today with no one picking up. sent emails and got a response back with details of CAB.

Could anyone offer some simple advice on this please.
    Thank you

If it is money only then you can submit to MCOL, anything else has to be submitted to your local County Court However go to

I recently submitted a money paper claim (N1 and PoC) to the money claims centre at Salford. I think it got transferred to the Northampton branch. Definitely not your local court until the case is allocated.. The case is proceeding
