Hello.
A long time ago I had a judgement wrongly entered against me. It was for a debt for money that my spouse (Mr R) had allegedly borrowed from a 3rd party (it was not borrowed it was money owed to me) In the 3rd party's claim he said Mr R ------ borrowed money from me. He then also put Mr R's name on bank statement. I was not involved in any way with this transaction.
The 3d party then took ME to court for the money (I believe it was because I owned property) and my spouse had no assets. At the time I was in a bad place and didn't think to question this. Would he have been alloowed to do this if court had known full facts.
Since this happened I have found new evidence on an old computer that was broken, now repaired. What should I do pls ???
