Letter of claim-overdales

Hi,
please can somebody advise me of the next steps to take,l have received a letter before claim on 03/11/2022 from overdales solicitors saying l have 30 days to respond before court action,this is over a catalogue debt that my ex partner set up in my name without me knowing.
how do l respond to this please?

You need to post up a lot more detail and background if you are looking for assistance.

This could be fraud, and the police informed.
They might suggest that as you were living together you gave consent or it was implied.
You will need to insist it was fraud, and obtain a crime number.
If you can get that you should be able to kick the matter into touch
