Please Help.....Default Notice

Hi

Could someone please advise me on the Default Notice protocol?

Is there a law on how many missed payments there are before a default notice is issued, I have tried to research the timeframe but it appears ambiguous?

My default notice was issued after 2 missed payments with Aqua.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
