Help needed to complete form N136a
the top right of the form has boxes for;
In the (presumably this is the court nearest the defendant?)
Cliam No. (is this the claim number i was given when applying for the judgement? or will it be a new number ?)
Fee Acc No (i think this is for legal firms and not individuals like me?)
Application No (will this be given by the court i send the form to?)
then the sections below:
1 - Judgement Debtor (presumably the company i am seeking settlement from)
2 - The Officer ( no sure what goes in here - is it the debtors solicitor? i dont know if they have one??)
3 - Judgement debt or order ( amount the court judged they owe me?)
6 - the reason for the request (no attempt been made to settle following the judgement?)
