I made a claim against a LTD company who failed to supply & fit goods. A 50% deposit was paid to place the order of £800. The company have since appointed an insolvency practionioner.
I received a judgment from the court, with guidelines on how to enforce a judgement. This is where i am a bit stuck! If they company are filing for bankruptcy what is athe likelihood of me ever receiving my money back? i feel the most sensible way to proceed is to ask the court to provide evidence of their income?? Any suggestions or assistance greatly appreciated

Be ready to prove in the insolvency. You are really quite unlikely to receive more than a few pounds back, and no alternative will produce a better result.
