Hi hoping for some advice
I signed a contract for some building work…long story short they have cited a cashflow problem despite me giving them 90% of the contract value. I have made a claim against the company (ltd company..I expect to be able to get very little money back) but also his wife as she was instrumental in the planning, design, financial transactions. She is not named as a director. I have contacted the the other people that they where dealing with simultaneously to me who will also state that she instrumental in the process. I have what’s app conversations and bank records. I have social media content where she has cited that she is the managing director. Whilst it is a broad question and you may need more info could I have a valid claim against her?
