I recently had an appalling experience of solicitor's misconduct, compounded by (at best) incompetence at the County Court ,so significant, as to undermine the integrity of the UK's legal system. The mentally ill, particularly Litigants in Person, are at risk in the lower courts everyday, from the actions of unscrupulous solicitors, an effete SRA and judges who seem to despise the lay public so much that they don't care whether they get justice or not.
As such, I am retraining and putting together a lobby group to ensure that these issues are addressed at the very highest level in this country and would welcome anyone for whom this post resonates to tell me their stories or otherwise get in touch with me.
