OK so dispute over a valuable item
item is to be sold and the receiving party to make "payment into court" pending trial on the issue of the funds as various disputes.
the only question ive got is what couls happen if the party who received the payment failed to "pay into court"
what sanctions can the court in impose on its own motion or following an application by the other party.
