  • Counter Claim

Parking Eye Ltd is taking me to court, they filed their claim around 6 months ago, is it too late for me to make a counter claim? If not, how do I go about doing so?

They filed a reply to defence in February, is it too late to request a copy of the contract they are relying on? They were asked for evidence of contact in the Data Subject Access I sent to them.

Do I need to reply to, their reply to my defence?

Lastly, do you happen to have any recent court case/s where Parking Eye failed to provide a contract giving them the right to take people to court for non payment of PCN's?

Q1. What counterclaim do you think you might have?

Q2. No need to reply to a Reply.

Q3. The contract is in the notice at the parking place. By parking, you are deemed to accept it. That, anyway, is the argument. You will need to look at the existence and prominence of notices.
