  • CCJ from UKPC for parking in work car park

    Hello ,

could really do with some advise . I learnt on Friday I had a CCJ that was sent to an old address. I have request for the judgment to be set aside and have spent many hours looking through forums to try and understand the process .
the parking charge was actually for parking at my place of work at the time in 2017 the reason for the ticket say no permit . I requested SAR information and was sent over the documents . I can’t recall ever receiving any of the letters or ever seeing the original parking ticket but the photos of my car they provided it actually looks like on my windows screen you can see my permit. Really don’t know how to play this , ukpc have been so unhelpful , DBC legal only want to help it I’m willing to pay .

I have submitted a draft case with evidence along with the form to request for it to be set aside but I’m really worrying about the whole process and if I have to go to court what the process is going to be like and how I should prepare

I should of never received the ticket in the first place , the car park is private land owned by the company I was working for at the time which I actually have a permit to park in
