Mandatory injunction to enforce disclosure of data? Data Protection Act

A company is ignoring my requests to provide my data

Can someone please tell me the procedure to make a mandatory injunction to require a company to release my data (according to the Data Protection Act).

Is it complicated and can I claim back my costs? Should I send a letter advising my intent to make an injunction?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
