  • CCJ - Gladstone Solicitors Scam

Hi, my husband has received a letter from Empira that a CCJ has been made against him obtained by Gladstone Solicitors (who viewing content online have a high profile for this sort of CCJ) for a parking fine made to the removal van that was used to move out of his old apartment 2 years ago. no violation was attached to the van and a clear note stating - "moving - ring this number if issue". was clear on the vehicle whilst we were packing. 2 years later we've been contacted by Empira collecting a debt based on a CCJ made in June of this year - checked and the CCJ is on his credit record. This is the first correspondence we've had at the address we moved to 2 years ago (been on the electoral role and council tax since we moved), Looking to have it set aside aside but we have no details of the CCJ, which court etc as everything went to the previous address. Contacted the landlord and whilst we had a redirect on the post for three months - no further post was forwarded by the new occupant.
All help gratefully accepted, very distressing. Gladstones won't answer calls or comment.

    Hi LSDISTRESS

If you scroll down, you can find details how to get information on the CCJ. Then you can plan to set a side from there. The important part is to get the creditors consent.
