How to check if a court hearing actually went ahead

Hi, does anyone know how to check the outcome of a court hearing please? It was for a possession order but I don’t think the correct procedure was followed because I
never received a section 21 or 8 notice and the previous application from my landlord was dismissed and struck off.

I believe the only way to check is to phone the Court helpdesk

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
