Bank Attachment Error

Here is a new one, Judgement entered against me, I entered in to a stip to pay the debt monthly;. I never missed a payment, 8 months into paying, lawyer does a bank attachment. I went to court to object, judge denies attachment. Judge states this should not have occurred, your making payments. Attachment denied. Lawyer wont send letter to bank to release funds, I am left with many overdraft fees,

I am stuck, looks like this lawyers ego was bruised, not sure who to turn to, Was my 4th amendment right to illegal garnishment violated? LOL any thoughts on my next step?

I take it that you are in the USA, unfortunately this is a UK site so can't advise. If the lawyer is a member of a association or body, make a formal complaint.
