    Court Service Broken

    After waiting ten months for a hearing which was supposed to be today, I received the following by email at 15:41 yesterday

    An Order has been posted out to parties yesterday vacating the hearing due to judiciary availability and to be re-listed on a date to be fixed.

    ahh welcome to the world of litigation.

    I had an 18 month wait for a decision on whether to grant permission to appeal. Ive had hearings vacated at the 11th hour, it happens all the time im afraid.

    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
