Advice needed please
Lowell's solicitors Overdales are claiming over just £2000 in a county court. I have until the end of the month to request mediation. Will I still get a ccj? I made 4 offer proposals but they were all declined. The debt was originally with Very and nearly most of it is interest. I can't afford to pay £2000. Is there anything I can do?
