I have three questions I would like to ask.
1. "On what day did you serve?" Is the day I posted and "The date of service" is the deemed date the Defendant have received the document?
2. "On whom did you serve?" If the Defendant is a company, can I enter the registered company name here? I don't have a person's name or wouldn't know if they have a solicitor as it is still very early in the day.
3. Would I click on Principal office of the company if I have sent the document to the registered company address?
Why couldn't they have said registered office....it would have made it so much easier to understand....
