  • Demands from CST Law for 160 pounds

    I took my brother shopping he suffers psychosis and anxiety it was dark and raining heavily and I didn't see the sign about how long we could park free I was advised by a friend to ignore the letters sent to me by smart parking Ltd they are demanding £160 and threaten to take me to court what should I do ???

    Get the friend that advised you to ignore to pay the increased charge !!

    Ignore has not been the advice to 9 years.

    Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. The driver drove, the keeper got the notice.

    Post up a redacted image of the PCN but leave dates. Use a hosting site such as imgur and put the link on here.
