Where will hearing be held?

Hello

if my case goes to a hearing where will it be held? As in what part of the country? How is it decided?

The company I am claiming against is 200 miles away and a ferry away. I don’t want to pay out loads in travel costs and lose. Thanks

You should receive a Directions Questionnaire which you can fill, a part of the form relates to Hearing Venue.
