  • CCJ - Set Aside Application - Court Date 5 months away!

I was hoping for some help please.

I have recently been awarded some money from an old BarclayCard, I receive just under £2000 as they didn't hand the management of my debt correctly when I was in trouble. It got me thinking if I could get it erased from my credit file. It has always cost me more money to borrow because of this issue.

I have one CCJ registered: 28th June 2016 from Hoist
2 defaults for the same debt registered a few months before by BarclayCard and Hoist.

I have successfully got the Defaults removed by complaining to Barclaycard that the default date was 15 months too late and they have now backdated the defaults and they have gone (Took 10 days in total)

At the same time I requested a CCJ to be Set Aside, I think I stand a good chance, debt paid in full, so many admitted errors from BarclayCards side including compensation.

However I received the court date today and the hearing is in nearly 6 months time!

    ***** My Questions *****
1: Any way I can expedite the court hearing?

2: Any other way to remove it from my file based on the errors as I just need a clean file for a mortgage application.

    Thanks in advance.
