When does 14 days to pay judgement before service of sealed order mean (Tomlin Order)

Hi there

I have received a Tomlin Order which agrees to set aside the judgment if;

Settlement Sum will be paid by the Defendant to the Claimant’s Solicitor within 14 days of service of
the sealed Order;

please may someone clarify at what point the 14 days starts? Is it from where I sign the order?I am unsure what ‘the service of the sealed order’ is/means/at what point
