  • Does a defendant need to return a N149C form?

    Hi all,

My previous post about a Swedish student debt is here. Claim form received from FWJ Legal Limited to be heard at Northamption - LegalBeagles Forum

I contacted StepChange who worked through a budget for my partner and we made an offer of £7.24 per month. I submitted this to both the solicitors and the court. We haven't heard anything for a while and have just received a form "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Multi-Track (N149C).

I really do not understand any of the questions in the form at all. I am just wondering if we have been sent a copy of the form but that it is for the solicitors to fill out.

I just don't want to be the party that doesn't return a form that I am supposed to.

    Many thanks in advance.
