    Hi
I have a letter from a company stating in bold red
"Notice of Enforcement" and "a Warrant of control has issued by HM courts and tribunals services for an unpaid criminal fine"

Can anyone explain to me what they would plan to do in the near future?
    Thanks

You have not paid after losing in court and the bailiffs are coming.

      Yes that's right!
So what happens next with the bailiffs?

You either pay the fine and their costs or they remove goods.

You contact HMCTS for details if you don't know what it is about.

            You pay them
They come to your house and remove your property to sell to pay the fine.

I mean you pay them and not the courts?

I got a letter today come though the letter box saying that someone had attended to reposes goods but I was not in at the time. It says if I do not respond then further action will be taken. What do you think this will be?

They keep coming. They will not stop until you pay or they take your stuff. In certain circumstances, they have a power to force entry.

Do you know what it's about? That would be a good place to start.
